On our B2B platform, we offer flexibility for cancellations prior to order shipment. Please indicate in a timely manner that an order or part of an order needs to be cancelled. This can be done in writing at info@worktrainer.com.
Once your order has been shipped from the Worktrainer warehouse, returns are no longer possible, except in cases of damage to the shipment or mis-shipped goods, for example.
Special arrangements apply to customized products: due to their personalized nature, they cannot be cancelled or returned.
